Yesterday, May 5th, we had nearly 20 home brewers fill up the parking lot and brew either a Scottish Wee Heavy, or a Traditional Lambic.  We filled up a used Bourbon barrel with the Scottish Wee Heavy, and a Chilean Carmenare barrel with the lambic.  In the video below, you can see how happy the yeast are in the Wee Heavy.
